How It Works
 Many of us care about what happens in our community, but don’t have the time to participate in person. This site allows residents to review and give input on the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board and Historic District Commission actions without needing to attend public meetings. 

Here you can learn about upcoming Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board and Historic District Commission agenda items and provide input: 

  • See the staff and applicant presentations
  • Review materials like site plans, staff reports, and application documents from the Applicants
  • Ask questions of Town staff or the applicant
  • Submit comments to the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board and Historic District Commission for the public record
