I am not in favor of this townhouse. Bacon st is a very small street- this construction will cause damage to our street. The houses coming up are too big- last time we had to have our driveway re done due to damage all the vehicles caused. We also had water damage due to the pitch they made of the driveway. I understand the lot is not even the proper size as well as the septic. This will cause too much traffic and congestion on this street. Keep it a single family home.

As someone that lives on this very narrow street
My family is not in agreement with this proposal
This structure is far too big for the lot
The construction will cause a major disruption to all that live here
